• Develop and set up efficient product configurator for metal frames and doors.

Solution

Initially when clients contact the Design and Automation services Team, our experts examine the process flow of manufacturing & generation procedure they were using and understand their future ideas about what they want.
Based on in-depth knowledge of design cycle automation by elimination of repetitive tasks and extensive industry experience, we suggest implementing DriveWorks Pro which diminished the client’s response time.
Design and Automation Services develops efficient configurator which includes tasks from MS excel calculation to generation of sales drawings which results in an increase in the company’s productivity.
Initial assessment of Automation engineers was existing excel adopted by client and then implement the same in DriveWorks with additional custom requirement options.
Master models and drawings were developed according to design knowledge of automation.
Later, all design features were captured to automate, and logical rules were used to customize the models and drawings using configurator inputs.
Based on configurator inputs, custom models and drawings are generated with accuracy which leads to an increase in productivity.
